Return/Refund Policy

At, customer’s satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our professional quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment. However, you may carefully and accurately check your basic information before placing order.

Order comfirm

  1. All orders are subject to final approval and acceptance by Itemonsale.
  2. A confirmation email will be sent once you’ve completed your order. Remember, you can’t cancel or modify your order if it has processed or shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

We’re bummed if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition. No Returns are accepted after 30 days of Confirmed delivery date.

Refunds are not available for following circumstances

  1.  Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. Providing the wrong shipping address at checkout).
  2. A deliver email will be sent after the parcel delivered. If you didn’t receive the parcel, please contact us within 10 days. Itemonsale is not responsible for missing items after 10 days of delivery date, regardless of error or fault.
  3. The cancellation request is submitted after the parcel has processed or shipped.

Return Process

  • Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing and unused condition.
  • Drop off your package at the local post office and give us the return tracking number. (The return shipping fees are undertaken by the customer).
  • Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email or a confirmation message.And you will receive the refunds in 2-3 bussiness days.

Return Conditions

  1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if not, you can certainly come to us within 30 days of receipt.
  2. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
  3. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

Note: For all returns, the original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact our customer service representative, we will get back to you within 24 hours.


  • Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our returns address and will affect the processing of your return.
  • If the purchaser refuses to accept parcel for any reason, is entitled to a fifty(50) percent fee from the total of the purchase.
  • reserve the right to deny returns that do not comply with our return policy.
