Enjoy free shipping of products over $35 at! (Products less than $35 will be charged $3 for shipping fee.)


It is very important for us to deliver these items to our customers as soon as possible. Usually it takes a long time for us to deliver these items to our customers as soon as possible. (A valid email is required in the shipping information for fast and accurate delivery)

Shipping from United States: Standard shipping takes about 3 to 7 working days (Monday-Friday) after receipt of the logistics tracking number.
Shipping from China: The delivery time is about 20-30 working days (Monday-Friday).

If the transport process encounters uncontrollable factors or unexpected situations (e.g. COVID-19, natural disasters and other non-human factors), the delivery time will be delayed. We hope you can understand that.

Note: No cancellation is allowed after the parcel has processed or shipped.


A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. (If you didn’t leave an email address. We are not able to send you a confirmation email.) We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.


For parcels that ship from US warehouse, it normally takes 1-2 working days to process your order.

For parcels that ship from China, it normally takes 3-7 working days for us to process the order.

Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.


If you can’t track your package by the tracking number, don’t worry, please contact us as soon as possible, we will get back to you within 24 hours and we will do our best to solve the problem for you.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.

Please contact our customer service representative within 1 month of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
